Terms & Conditions

We kindly ask that you read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions before undergoing treatment at Skin By Kiran.

1. General Disclaimer
   •    Treatments and advice provided at Skin By Kiran are not intended to diagnose or treat any underlying medical conditions.
   •    Our services are not a substitute for medical advice or care from your GP or healthcare provider.
   •    We strongly recommend informing both your medical practitioner and any complementary therapists of the treatments you receive at Skin By Kiran.
   •    Do not alter or stop any prescribed medications or treatments without consulting your healthcare professional.


2. Consultation Booking Fee
   •    A £20 deposit is required for all injectable and skin consultations.
   •    This deposit is redeemable against any treatment or product purchased following the consultation.
   •    If you choose not to proceed with a treatment or product, the £20 is non-refundable
Failure to secure a deposit prior to your appointment may forfeit losing the appointment 


3. Cancellation Policy
   •    Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
   •    Failure to do so will result loss of your deposit
   •    If you are on a course of treatments, a late cancellation may result in the forfeiture of that session.


4. Age Restrictions
   •    We only treat clients aged 18 and over. You may be asked to provide ID to confirm your age.

5. Appointment Information
   •    While we strive to run appointments on time, delays may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.
   •    If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We may need to adjust your appointment or reschedule if needed.

6. Treatment Adjustments
   •    Treatment plans are tailored to achieve optimal results but may require adjustment over time.
   •    Reasons for changes may include how your skin responds, skin condition on the day, or personal/lifestyle factors.
   •    Any changes will be discussed with you, and your verbal agreement will be considered as informed consent.


7. Client Satisfaction
   •    We are committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven care.
   •    If you are not satisfied with a treatment or product, please contact us within 24 hours, or as soon as reasonably possible, so we can address the issue.


8. Gift Vouchers
   •    Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   •    Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
   •    Please quote your voucher number when booking and present the voucher at your appointment.


9. Promotional Offers
   •    Offers are limited to one per person and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.


10. Complaints Policy
   •    Complaints must be submitted by email.
   •    We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and will address them as promptly as possible.
